1981年结业于中国美术学院长期从事美术工作。
2016年春作品在中国历史文化名镇《嵩风墨韵》画集上发表出版发行。
2017年10月《松鹤神怡》国画作品，参加“中国与加拿大建交47周年纪念”《友谊的辉煌》中国书画展并入选中国当代书画名家。
2017年5月出版了《华浪墨韵》林荣华国画作品。
2023年春编辑了美术专集《华浪足迹》林荣华美术作品。
2023年9月中名联签约的画家林荣华画的作品作为国礼对外传播中华民族文化被授予中非文化交流使者荣誉称号并颁发收藏证书。
2024年3月中名联签约画家林荣华在《中韩建交32周年书画交流展》中被搜予中韩文化交流使者荣誉称号并颁发证书。
2024年7月8日在🇰🇷韩国举办《中韩建交32周年纪念艺术交流展》应邀参展作品被大韩民国、韩中美术协会、韩中地域经济协会荣幸收藏颁发了证书。
2024年7月由中国集艺网出版的林荣华《我和我祖国--庆祝新中国成立75周年》艺术功勋人物主题邮册。

Born in 1954, from Fuzhou.
In 1981, he completed his studies at China Academy of Art and has been engaged in art work for a long time.
In the spring of 2016, his works were published and distributed in the painting collection "Songfeng Moyun" of China's famous historical and cultural town.
In October 2017, his Chinese painting work "Pine Cranes and Serenity" participated in the "Glory of Friendship" Chinese painting and calligraphy exhibition commemorating the 47th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Canada and was selected as a famous contemporary Chinese painter.
In May 2017, "Hualang Moyun", Lin Ronghua's Chinese painting works, was published.
In the spring of 2023, the art special collection "Footprints of Hualang", Lin Ronghua's art works, was edited.
In September 2023, Lin Ronghua, a painter signed by Zhongminglian, was awarded the honorary title of "Sino-African cultural exchange envoy" for his works spreading Chinese culture as national gifts to foreign countries, and a collection certificate was issued.
In March 2024, Lin Ronghua, a signed painter of Zhongminglian, was awarded the honorary title of "Sino-Korean cultural exchange envoy" and a certificate was issued in the "Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Exhibition commemorating the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea".
On July 8, 2024, at the "Art Exchange Exhibition commemorating the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea" held in South Korea, the invited exhibited works were honored to be collected by the Republic of Korea, the Korea-China Art Association, and the Korea-China Regional Economic Association, and certificates were issued.
In July 2024, the theme stamp album of Lin Ronghua, "Me and My Motherland - Celebrating the 75th anniversary of the founding of New China", was published by China Jiyi Network.
